Return and Refund Policy

2. Products & Orders

• All our handcrafted art, wood burning, and embroidery products are made with care and may have slight variations from product images. 
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. 
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including errors in pricing, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.  

3. Payment & Billing 

• We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay
• You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information. If your payment is declined, we are not responsible for any delays or cancellations.  

4. Shipping & Delivery 

• We ship orders within 10 business days unless otherwise stated. 
• Shipping times vary based on location and carrier services. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. 
• Any customs fees, taxes, or additional charges for international shipping are the customer’s responsibility. 

 5. Returns & Refunds 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, feel free to get in touch with us and we will do our best to make it right!

Items that cannot be returned/refunded: 

• Anything worn, stained, or damaged by the buyer
• Custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged. 
• Personalized products 
• Art prints ( if the art you order arrives damaged, you can request a new one on us! )

All other items are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving the product. Buyer pays return shipping.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
